Recently the WeatherEvents.net mobile weather lab received an upgrade of a 1 meter long electronic LED matrix display, that is capable if displaying real-time weather data straight from the weather instrument pack.

The roof-mounted display is updated automatically by the on-board computer every 15 seconds and displays all "core" measurements including temperature, humidity, wind/gust speed, barometric pressure and rainfall data.

This is just the beginning however, as we can also pull live weather information from the internet for local display and the data displayed will undoubtedly expand as time goes on.
